Homecoming season is upon us. Schools and churches prepare to welcome back their members, and networks debut and bring back great shows, so why would the music industry differ? Two artists I’m rather fond of have resurfaced in the last two weeks, and I can’t wait to see what the winter has in store for Hip-Hop.

The Rapper Turnt Sanga, T-Pain is back! I heard his latest track, “Rap Song,” on the way to work last week and almost fainted on the road. I was so happy to hear his voice over the airwaves, especially accompanied by “The Bawse” himself, Rick Ross. This song is dope. Rap isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when I think of “making love,” but to each his own. He’s married, so he must be doing something right. Check it out!

André 3000 has teamed up with rappers Drake, T.I., Kanye and Fabolous on Chris Brown’s remix for “Deuces,” which is posted below. I’m happy to have him back, but please Three Stacks, we’ve been begging since The Love Below for something else. I mean, the Idlewild soundtrack changed my life. You’re features are ALWAYS a great representation of you and your intricate word play, so can you please give us something new so we can stop settling for a just good beat to jig, shuck, and jive to. My brain craves something that will require me to listen to it a good five times before I fully get a handle on your metaphors and double-entendre, and even then, still miss something.
