The DMV’s hip-hop and R&B radio station 93.9 WKYS released the the first eight Top Rappers of 2010 in the area list, and to be the people’s station, I don’t think they consulted the fans. I personally have a few discrepancies with the lists, and I noticed a few of my follows didn’t fully agree either.
